The Johnson Lab

We used the advanced imaging technique of diffusion tractography to show how the white matter in the brain of a dog is altered when a corpus callosum malformation is present. With this project we demonstrated the exact path of the malformed white matter. By doing so we identified that when there is a lack of crossing between right and left Probst bundles are formed.
